4-Week Pilot Yoga Program for Healthcare Workers

Why Start with a Q1 Pilot?

The start of the year is a natural reset point—but in healthcare, it rarely feels that way. A focused 4-week pilot gives your teams:
  • Low-risk, high-impact support without a long-term commitment.
  • A chance to test engagement and fit before scaling.
  • Immediate, simple tools to help staff decompress, reset, and stay grounded during busy shifts.
You can plug in one department, one clinic, or one high-stress unit and evaluate impact before expanding.

Who is the Pilot Designed for?

  • Hospitals and health systems (clinical + non-clinical teams)
  • Multi-site physician groups and outpatient clinics
  • Rehabilitation, orthopaedic, imaging, and pediatric teams
  • Behavioral health, hospice, and support staff
  • Administrative / back-office teams supporting patient care

I provide a simple digital liability waiver for participants to complete prior to the first session and can coordinate this directly with your team.

What happens after the pilot?

If the pilot is a good fit, we can move into an ongoing Essential, Enhanced, or Comprehensive tier with preferred rates for pilot partners – or design a custom option based on your team’s feedback.
